Fernando Alonso and his ex-wife, Raquel del Rosario, put aside their past differences to co-host a charity gala benefiting Spanish children’s hospitals.

The former couple, married from 2006 to 2011, reunited to support “Sonrisas y Esperanza” (Smiles and Hope), a foundation del Rosario founded.

“It’s wonderful to see Fernando supporting this cause,” del Rosario said. “We may not be together, but our shared values remain.”

Alonso added, “Raquel’s dedication to helping others is inspiring. I’m proud to support her efforts.”
