AARON JUDGE UNLEASHES MONSTROUS 473-FOOT HOME RUN AGAINST…
Houston, TX – In a jaw-dropping display of power, New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge crushed a 473-foot home run against the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park last night. The blast, which tied Mike Trout for the longest home run of the 2024 season, left the crowd in awe and cemented Judge’s status as one of the most feared hitters in the game.
The home run came in the top of the 5th inning, with the Yankees trailing 2-1. Judge worked the count to 2-1 against Astros starter Framber Valdez before unleashing a mighty swing on a 95-mph fastball. The ball soared through the air, clearing the left-field seats and landing in the upper deck of the stadium.
“I’ve never seen a ball hit that far,” said Yankees manager Aaron Boone. “Aaron’s power is simply incredible. He’s a game-changer, and we’re lucky to have him on our team.”
Judge’s home run was his 15th of the season, and it helped spark a Yankees rally that ultimately led to a 5-3 victory over the Astros.
“I’m just trying to do my job and help the team win,” Judge said in a post-game interview. “It’s always special to hit a home run, but this one was definitely one of the most memorable of my career.”
The Yankees’ win moved them into first place in the American League East, and Judge’s home run will undoubtedly be remembered as one of the highlights of the 2024 season.
