NO DOUBT BAND ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR NEW…
Los Angeles, CA – After their show-stopping reunion performance at Coachella 2024, No Doubt has confirmed that they are working on new music, with plans to release a brand-new album in 2025.
In an exclusive interview with Rolling Stone, lead vocalist Gwen Stefani revealed that the band has been secretly writing and recording new material over the past year.
“We’re really excited about the direction of the new music,” Stefani said. “We’ve been experimenting with some new sounds and styles, while still staying true to our No Doubt roots.”
The upcoming album will mark the band’s seventh studio release, and their first new music since 2012’s Push and Shove.
“We’re not putting any pressure on ourselves to recreate the past or fit into any specific mold,” added guitarist Tom Dumont. “We’re just focusing on making music that we love, and that we think our fans will love too.”
No Doubt has promised to share more updates and sneak peeks of their new music in the coming months. Fans can expect a mix of classic No Doubt ska-punk vibes, along with some fresh and innovative sounds.
The band is set to embark on a world tour in support of the new album, with dates to be announced soon.
