ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA – NOVEMBER 25, 2024

The 2025 Monster Energy Supercross season is just around the corner, and all eyes are on the highly anticipated showdown between reigning 450cc champion Jett Lawrence and rival Chase Sexton.

The two riders are set to face off at the season-opening round in Anaheim, California, on January 11, 2025. Lawrence, who dominated the 2024 season with 10 wins, is looking to defend his title, while Sexton is eager to dethrone the champion and claim the top spot for himself.

“I’m feeling strong and ready to take on the best riders in the world,” Lawrence said. “Chase is definitely a tough competitor, but I’m confident in my abilities and my bike.”

Sexton, who finished second in the 2024 championship standings, is equally determined to come out on top. “I’ve been working hard in the off-season, and I’m feeling faster and more aggressive than ever,” Sexton said. “Jett is a tough competitor, but I’m ready to give him a run for his money.”
