NASCAR driver Alex Bowman has spoken candidly about his career regrets in a recent interview. Despite his impressive track record, Bowman revealed that he wishes he’d taken more risks and been more aggressive on the track.

“I look back on my career and think about all the what-ifs,” Bowman said. “What if I’d taken that chance and tried to pass on the outside? What if I’d been more aggressive and tried to win more races?”

Bowman also expressed regret over not speaking out more about his mental health struggles earlier in his career.

“I struggled with anxiety and depression for a long time, but I didn’t talk about it publicly because I was afraid of being seen as weak,” he said. “I regret not being more open and honest about my struggles, because I think it could have helped others.”
